Healthy living and loving it!


Okay so I started my health kick a few days ago. My goal is to (obviously) eat more healthy and lose weight.  So far it's going good. I am back to being a vegetarian. Tonight my dinner consists of only vegetables.   


It's gross looking I know, but if you want to achieve your goal you have to give a few things up.
No McDonald's unless getting a fruit parfait or a salad.
I'm not eating meat but I still need sugar and nutrients so I have yogurt or some yummy fruit. I'm hoping to be in a lot better shape for my 20th birthday so I can prove to the haters I'm beautiful on the outside too! So for now, it's veggies and fruit for me!
